Billing questions

When does the Pro trial start?

On your first real send, not when you download. Test mode does not count. You get 7 days of Pro with no card needed.

What happens when the trial ends?

You move to the Free plan automatically. Nothing is charged unless you choose to upgrade.

How do I cancel?

Open Manage billing from Settings in the app, or from the help center with your license key, and cancel in one click. Pro stays on until the end of the period you paid for.

Can I switch between monthly and yearly?

Yes, from Manage billing.

Can I use one license on two Macs?

Yes. A Pro license key works on up to 2 Macs. You can remove it from a Mac in Settings to free up a spot.

Are there any extra fees per text?

No. Texts go through your own phone plan. The price you see is the price you pay.
